Contract Price and Payments
Fees and costs are detailed in the confirmation agreement. Additional services requested will be added to the final invoice, payable within seven (7) days of booking. A deposit and full payment may be required before the event.

Suspected illegal activity will be reported to relevant authorities.

Your Responsibilities

Damage, loss, or misuse of property or equipment will be charged to the hirer.
Supply of Liquor
The venue operates under a liquor licence. Intoxicated individuals are prohibited, and patrons under 25 may be required to show valid ID. Alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, alongside water and food, are always available.
Disruptive Behaviour
Baron Banqueting reserves the right to remove intoxicated, disruptive, or nuisance individuals from the premises to ensure a safe environment.
Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and technology on our website are protected. Feedback or suggestions provided by users may be utilised by Baron Banqueting without obligation.
Indemnity
Clients agree to indemnify Baron Banqueting and its affiliates from claims arising due to the misuse of services, including damages and legal fees.
